Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than qualifying damaged product claims outlined below.

1. ALL SALES FINAL

• All products sold by EliteGen Lab are intended for research use only.

• Because of the sensitive nature of these materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

2. DAMAGED OR COMPROMISED PRODUCTS

• Replacements may be considered only for products that arrive:

    • Broken
   • Damaged during transit
   • Visibly cloudy or compromised upon delivery

• Customers must contact EliteGen Lab within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to report any issue.

3. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

To submit a replacement request, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of:
   • The product
   • Packaging materials
   • Shipping label
   • Any visible damage or product issue

• Order number and contact information

• A brief description of the issue

4. RETURN REQUIREMENT

• EliteGen Lab may require the affected product to be returned before a replacement is approved and shipped.

• Customers must not discard damaged items unless instructed by our support team.

5. NON-QUALIFYING CLAIMS

EliteGen Lab does not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Improper storage or handling after delivery
• Reconstitution errors
• Research errors or misuse
• Products damaged after delivery
• Failure to understand product usage limitations
• Delayed shipping caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control
